I have a question, why are we not notified when Permissions need to be refreshed? Some of my followers did not get my Manychat message when they followed me. This is a bummer because I want to look and feel professional and have direct contact with my followers, now I have to go back and resend my message when they should of gotten the message the first time they followed me. This is what I pay for, but when the system fails why aren’t we notified.

    Hi ​@SarahESizzles   as far as we know, there is outage right now that is affecting the DM of “Say Hi to New Followers” feature. So  most likely your account stop working due to this issue. Manychat is working with Meta team to solve it. You can track the development in the Manychat Status page: https://status.manychat.com/

    Thank you for the replies! I would just like to be notified if their is a malfunction, so I can correct it, and not have my followers miss my greeting message.
