It works. I tested in messenger instead of Manychat and it did validate.
I am working on an automation that asks the lead for their phone number. Isn’t manychat supposed to validate the phone number to see if it’s formatted correctly? And give an error if not?
When I test it in Manychat, I can put in anything (xxx) and it will just move to the thank you message.
Is there something in the settings I have not set correctly? Any help would be appreciated.
