ginkofarm

Hello ManyChat Support,

I am the owner of the Instagram account "ginkofarm".

When I try to connect my Instagram account to ManyChat, I receive a message that it is already connected to the workspace "XEMMOPT". I no longer have access to that workspace and cannot manage the connection.

I am logged into ManyChat with the Google account ginkofarm1@gmail.com, but my Instagram account is still showing as connected to XEMMOPT.

Could you please help me disconnect the Instagram account from the old workspace or transfer access to my current ManyChat account?

I can provide any information needed to verify ownership of the Instagram account.

Hey ​@ginkofarm you need to open a ticket with support to get this solved.
