Hi - I have been trying to cancel my Manychat subscription since May. I’ve logged support tickets and still I keep getting charged every month.
Please cancel my account immediately.

That's odd… Manychat support may not be the most agile, but never heard such cases…
Anyway, if you still have access to your account, you can cancel it yourself at Settings/ Billig:
