I've been using these two interchangeably - not on purpose. I use them both for the same purpose and I get confused which one I'm "supposed to choose"? What exactly is the difference between these two?

The purpose of both is the same 😃
“Auto-DM links from comments” is more straight forward for those whose still learn how to build an automation in Manychat.
“Post or reel comments”/“Auto reply to comment in DM” is a template that allows you to be more creative while you build your automation.
