Hi, ive run an offer for buy one get one free on a reel post on instagram.
Set up automation in Manychat for this specific post and trigger to be any post or comment. ive also tried trigger to be @ but in both times it did not work.
I am now manually replying each every comment on the reel who have begun taggin their friends for this offer.
Please help, i am new with Manychat and have included a screen grab below for reference.
Is there a way to automate sending them the offer details via dm and also sending the @xyz friends as well?
