Hi,
in my automations I have a button with “I agree 👍” being sent to the DM of the user, however, it happens quite a lot of times that I receive just the blue thumb up of facebook messenger from users instead of this button content, which obviously is not being catched by the automation.
Is this some kind of issue maybe with older facebook messenger version not showing buttons properly?
It started happening a lot right after I added the 👍emoji to the button text.

This could happen if the user write the emoji instead of click the button.
What do you see on the Manychat Inbox? If the user clicked, you’ll see a “line” saying so.
Well, it seems they send this blue thumb up conciously, it was not a button press. Even if the inital message clearly states “click on the button below with the text I agree 👍”.
Hard to see what it shows them as the actual “button below”. I suspect it seems weird hence a lot of them get confused, but am unable to debug this on my end.
Or they are just… easy thinking… hand is faster than mind 🤷
