I want to build a manychat that get published to whatsapp and then show this inside our website as clickable link, now since the pricing depend on number of messages we can send, so how we can prevent a case where a fraud/hacker generates many unneeded messages to consume the pricing quote? Thanks

It’s not per message, it’s per user.

So if the ‘hacker’ uses many valid WhatsApp accounts - you can’t prevent it.

But it’s unlikely this will happen.

@Gustavo Boregio  thanks for the reply, so you mean each whatsapp number will be considered as one user (one active contact) , regardless how many time they interact with the chatbot? let say a user with number +123XXXX ask a question, then after 3 days (with in the same month) they ask another question using the same whatsapp number, all this will be counted as one active contact only? thanks

Yes sir, each number = 1 person = 1 active contact.

They can interact a million times ;)

This video here explains it well:
