Pro Account - Go live not working - Please help

Digital Bromad

I have a pro account and am unable to click the go live button. It is blue, but when I click it stays blue and nothing happens. 

It is extremely frustrating because I have been paying for pro for years and I finally got a viral video, during the video going viral I was unable to set up the many chat. So thousands of people commented and never got delivered the lead magnet. I am frustrated because I don’t want to remove the video and risk losing all this traction but the dm automation is not working and I have been trying different options for over an hour. I refreshed all permissions, delete other automations, refreshed the page, started the automation over. So far nothing has worked. 

Has anyone else ran into a similar problems and how were they able to solve it

I’m sorry to hear that!

Did you notice if after clicking the go live button, a red pop up appears? Usually it says what’s wrong with the automation.

Can you share more details please?

The is no red button it literally just doesn’t let me I will attach a video. What is worse is that this is directly effecting my buinsess. I have lost a lot of money and it doesn’t seem to be fixed. Please take a look ​@rodrigo_silvano 

 

I have paid for a pro account for years at this point. Not sure what is happening. I even took the time to upload a screen so you can see it directly.

@Digital Bromad When you click that button, something should happen. 

Usually, after you click the button, you should see an error with the explanation of what’s wrong or a pop-up saying that your trigger is activated. 🧐

 

I suggest you to contact Manychat support through this link https://help.manychat.com/hc/en-us/p/get_support_page, and select the option “Manychat product”.
