If you check the screenshot, you will see that it says payment is successful, but the software still asks me to upgrade to Pro! It has been few days and I am in the middle of a launch and nothing is working.

And if I try to cancel it tells me I will lose my Pro Subscription, bro you took my money and did not activate anything and now I will lose what is not active?
Hello bro, I also have the same problem, yours is solved, if so then tell me, I want to get my problem solved too.
I thought I was the only one. its gonna be ¼ of the monthly payment period before i actually get the product I have already paid for.

Same issue here. I paid the invoice for the pro subscription but my account does not show upgraded. Such a shame! I feel cheated and there’s absolutely no customer support. Asking customers to wait for seven days to receive a reply is crazy!!
