Pro Trial... SMS not delivering + Bulk Import not working

Hey, I'm on the Pro trial and SMS is enabled on my plan. I have two issues I can't figure out.

First, SMS messages are not being delivered. My automation is triggering correctly... run count goes up every time… but zero messages are delivered. Twilio is connected, I've disconnected and reconnected twice, created a new Twilio account and new number. Messenger messages in the same automation send perfectly. Only SMS is broken.

Second, bulk contact import is not working on my Pro trial. When I click import it's asking me to pay for an upgrade even though I'm already on Pro.

Can someone explain if its a glitch or am I missing something.

Requesting the ManyChat Support team to check what's happening on the backend for both?

      ​@Yashwin , may I know which country you want to send SMS to? If you're sending SMS in the USA, you must have 10DLC approval otherwise, your messages may not be delivered.

      You're currently on the Trial plan. If you want to import contacts, you'll need to upgrade to the Pro plan.

      You're currently on the Trial plan. If you want to import contacts, you'll need to upgrade to the Pro plan.

      Hey Samar, thanks for the response.
      Just to clarify... I'm not on the free plan or basic trial. I specifically signed up for the Pro tier free trial, which ManyChat states includes all Pro features… so bulk import should be available to me. Can you confirm whether the Pro trial restricts import despite what ManyChat states?
      And on the 10DLC point actually does explain why it wasn’t working I actually didn’t know that and is there any workaround for non-US businesses trying to send SMS to US numbers.

      As for SMS, there's no workaround for sending SMS to US numbers without 10DLC approval. It's a requirement from US carriers, so messages may be blocked or undelivered without it.
