 those are instagram on top and facebook down, i just paid a business subscription and i dont see why both of them arent a bussiness plan if i can have unlimited accs conected to same subscription, if someone can help me i would appreciate it

    Hi ​@Zoey - it’s a little hard to tell from your screenshot but that looks like you have two different Manychat accounts, one on the free plan and a second on Pro?

    One Manychat account can connect to both Facebook and Instagram channels - you don’t need two accounts. Can you disconnect the FB channel that’s connected on the Free plan and reconnect it to the Pro?
