Hi, I'm having an issue with a client where the automations are not working.

In the triggers, they can't select any content, which means that ManyChat isn't able to detect their Instagram content.

We've tried a lot of things:
- Connecting the Instagram account to Facebook
- Refreshing permissions
- Triggering through private messages, but that didn't work either

We also tried with a different Instagram account, and ManyChat was able to recognize the content, so the automations worked perfectly.

I have no idea where the problem could be coming from, so I asked them to contact customer support.
