Problem connecting Instagram

I am trying to connect an Instagram account, but it shows that “Request Sent” and I can’t find anywhere the request that I need to approve. I have full access and also the owner of the Instagram account we couldn’t find it anywhere.

 

Please help.

That means that your Instagram account is already connected to another Manychat account.

If you don’t remember which account is or doesn’t know what is the account, you’ll need to reach out to Manychat support team, and they will be able to assist your further 🙂
