I have my WhatsApp number linked and verified, everything is in order, and the ManyChat application itself tells me that they cannot send the message and I should contact support, but I cannot find a direct chat and I don't know what to do. Would it be better to connect another number from scratch?

First check if everything is ok at your Business Manager/ WhatsApp Manager: https://business.facebook.com/latest/whatsapp_manager/phone_numbers
There's a chance you'll have to verify your business or something else from Meta's side.
If there's nothing strange in the BM, try removing the WhatsApp connection from Manychat and adding it again (works sometimes).

That's odd…
Open a support ticket. Manychat's team will be able to investigate it and (probably) give a solution or the root cause of this issue.
