when I insert a link inside the message, it doesn't show me the link in the message, but it shows it at the top and not inside the message. Why?

Please check if you're inserting the link with “https://”:
- This doesn't work in many cases → manychat.com
- This is the recommended way → https://manychat.com
You could also insert the link into a Button. This tends to be mor user friendly in most cases.
