Hi.I have problem with my account on instagramm.I disconected instagramm with manychat but your bot still sent automatic answer to our customer which mean very big problem and confuse them. I sent you before 2 days in chatbot question and nobody answer me.Is anybody help me with this problem???

Yes, I understand your concern. This usually happens because the ManyChat bot is still connected to your Instagram through Meta
Ok. But I disconnected and from meta business account and still sent auto answer. This is crazy and our customer co fused with this answer because ask other thems and manychat bot answer them same things
