Hi, just wondering if anyone else is experiencing issues with new many chat subscriber delays from facebook messages.
Starting on 4/27/26, Most new users who message our business facebook page has a few minute delay before manychat system adds them as a new subscriber. So basically if a new user sends their first facebook messenger message at 1:00pm then their subscribe time will likely be 1:02pm or after for some reason as apposed to before it was immediate.
Also at the same time this issue has also caused the first welcome message to not automatically send which has caused us to have to manually send a majority of them, to fix this issue we created a rule within manychat that checks after 2 minutes to see if they are subscribed to the welcome message and if not it sends it which has helped fix some of the sending manually.
The other issue at the same time is when our automation ask the new customer for their emails, after the customer sends their email it does not go to the next step nor does it add their email to the contact, we have to manually copy the email they entered and save it to the contact and then manually send the next step. Manychat also is not receiving the message with their email. So if i look at the customers messages on facebook messenger i will see their email response they sent but when going into the manychat chat log the email response the gave is missing.
One other issue is manychat button responses are also not working, like if a customer pushes the learn more button it sends a message that says learn more that can be seen in the chat log on facebook messenger but is missing from the manychat chat long and it doesn't activate the automation as well.
