Hello,

I’m using ManyChat with my Facebook Ads (CTA “Send Message”). Until recently, everything worked fine: when someone clicked the ad’s CTA, my Messenger flow started automatically.

But now, it doesn’t work anymore:

  • The “User clicks a Facebook Ad” trigger is properly configured.

  • The flow is set to Live.

  • In Ads Manager, I selected Partner App = ManyChat and the correct message flow.

  • I even tried creating a new flow and reconnecting ManyChat to my page, but no success.

Has anyone faced this issue before? Is there a specific step needed to make sure ManyChat takes over after the ad click?

Select Advanced setup → Partner app = ManyChat → pick your flow. Make sure you are Full Admin of the Page in Business Manager.

I just checked and I’m full administrator on both the Facebook Page and in Business Manager.
I also refreshed the Facebook permissions inside ManyChat.

When I try to connect the Meta Conversions API, I get the error “Something went wrong”.

Here’s what I noticed:

  • When I test on my side, the automation still works fine.

  • Existing subscribers who were already in the flow can continue without issue.

  • But new people clicking on the ad CTA don’t get triggered into the flow anymore.

Everything was working perfectly two days ago, so I don’t really understand why it suddenly stopped.

Do you know if there is a new step needed for the Facebook Ads trigger → Messenger flow integration (maybe related to the Conversions API)?
