I’ve been having recurring issues with message templates not getting approved whenever I use the "First Name" variable (especially when it’s the first word in the message). When I submit it for approval, an error message appears — but it doesn’t specify what the actual issue is.
Has anyone else experienced this? Do you know if it’s a bug in Manychat or a restriction from Meta? I couldn’t find any information about it.
