Problems connecting Instagram

Hello,
I can't link my account to Instagram.
I was already using it at the time, but now I can't renew the connection. In Instagram, the connection to Manychat is shown as active.

 

I am stuck at the screen where I can click on “Send request / Request sent”, which I have done. But it doesn't go any further.
What can I do?
My email account is djabout13@gmail.com and my Instagram channel is word.media.social.

FYI: Copy&Content is actually the same account, I just changed the name.

    This error means that your Instagram account is connected to another Manychat account.

    Check if you're selected the right Manychat account.

     

    If the account mentioned belongs to another person, get in contact with them to disconnect this IG account from their Manychat account. After that you will be able to reconnect the IG account to your Manychat account.

     

    And if the message mentions an account that you don't know, and you have no idea who's the owner of that account, get in touch with Manychat's Support Team and ask them to disconnect your IG account.

    They will ask a lot of questions to be sure the IG account belongs to you, but after that, they'll disconnect it for you, and it can be reconnected to the right account.

    hi, I just started many chats and I created my first chatbot and when I went test it

    in my Instagram by commenting my “ “ I got no response somebody please advise
