Hello

 

The default reply with Facebook doesn’t work. I can trigger a keyword reply just fine, but after I set up a default reply it get’s marked “disabled”. 

I have a Pro Plan. Did I make a mistake?  Thank you! 

 

I solved it. 

The default reply needs to be manually switched on. For some reason I didn’t see it…
