Have you checked if there's some Default Reply configured at your Manychat account?

And check if you (or someone else) haven't connected another automation tool to your account that has this default reply turned on.

I have not connected to any other automation, please help me with this unbearable bot problem

And the default reply (as in the screenshot)… is it empty?

• Does it trigger with every message sent or just in some cases?
• Is it always the same message?

Ok… 

1. Go to Settings/ Instagram and check if there's a default reply.
   - If it exists, it will appear like in the image below and you'll just need to click on the X to remove it.

   

    

2. If there's nothing set up at the default reply, go to your automations and search for “Default”. There could be some automation with a lot of triggers that activates every time someone sends some text.

   

    

If you find something, remove/delete it and it should stop sending this default message.

Next step would be checking if there is some automated response in your Meta Business Suite: https://business.facebook.com/latest/inbox/automated_responses

(Make sure to select the right account in case you manage more)

Now… if nothing is found, you could try removing your Instagram Account from Manychat and test if the message is still sent to your contacts (you can reconnect it later). 

If the message continues appearing, it will mean that it is coming from another tool/platform.
