I started using ManyChat last week, and it has been wonderful up until the past couple of days.
Yesterday and today my automations don’t seem to be working quite right. My automation will be sent when someone comments on a post/reel. The DM seems to be sent just fine, but the public comment replies aren’t working anymore.
Has anyone run into this issue? Is there a fix?
I’ve been having the same issue out of the sudden. It’s been working fine for my clients, but non my own account

I’m glad to have you here, and I’m sorry to hear you’re experiencing issues with your IG Comment Trigger.
A quick fix that often helps is refreshing your Instagram permissions in ManyChat.
You can do this by going to your ManyChat account and clicking Help → Refresh Permissions.

Also please be aware that comments automation works once per user. Just in case you are having issues with this.
