Purchased pro but it's not reflecting in my account

Hmmm! So I cancelled free trial and purchased pro but it’s not reflecting in my account. It still says “upgrade to pro” I’ve reported it and have 2 report tickets but the problem hasn’t been solved and nobody has reached out to me from support.
