QR Code isn't sending automations to customers after clicking get started button or doesn’t show the correct automation, and yes I refreshed permissions.

Having the same problem and with ref urls as well. Connected a new account and happens too.
I resolve this issue as follows:
1- you must activate the conversation starters on IG so that when you scan or click on a link it triggers the flow
2- you can reinforce with a button in the conversation introducers
