QR code or Word Trigger does not start the chat

If so, are the other automations working?

If it’s not working, I suggest you reconnect the account or refresh permissions.

If everything else is working, check if you haven’t added a broader keyword that may be catching your keyword and messing things up.

For example, your original keyword was ‘auto’, but you added a higher priority keyword for ‘automation’ and that triggers before ‘auto’.

I have to reconnect my whastappp business account to manychat since I disconnect it by mistake from my phone. On manychat the connection seems still active. So the trigger is a QR code or a specific word. Where can I find those.
