I have a question about how ManyChat counts contacts.
I receive a large number of replies to my Instagram stories, but most of them are not sales-related and do not trigger any automation. However, ManyChat is still counting these people as new contacts.
My question is:
Does ManyChat count every person I interact with manually as a contact, even if no automation is triggered, or are contacts only counted when ManyChat sends an automated message or interacts automatically?
I want to understand whether contacts are counted based on any interaction, or only when an automation is actually executed.
