🚨 Question about Monitoring User Inactivity During the Entire Flow 🚨

Hi everyone! I’d love your help with something 🙏

In my current flow, I’m collecting user input through buttons and data collection (like asking for a name). My question is:

👉 Is it possible to automatically monitor user inactivity across the entire flow (not just in specific modules), and send a follow-up message if the user doesn’t respond — either by not selecting a button or not filling out a data field?

I’m looking for a way to set this up globally across the flow rather than manually adding delays and conditions after every question.

Is there a best practice or workaround to achieve this?

Thanks in advance! 🙌

Hi, @Barak3105!

I don't know a single automation tool/ platform that offers this kind of “monitoring” without a ton of conditioning in the flow…

The only way you could achieve something similar is using Data Collection to almost everything, including buttons/ quick replies…

And yes... it's a lot of work. 😅
