Need Help with Messenger Quick Reply Buttons on Android

Hi everyone! I'm experiencing an issue with the quick reply buttons on the Messenger app for Android, specifically since updating to new version. The quick reply buttons appear even when not needed in chatbot messages and persist after sending new messages, disrupting the user experience. I've updated the app to the latest version, yet the problem persists across several Android devices. The issue affects all quick replies in the app, not just one particular flow.

Additionally, when using ManyChat bots on Android, any quick reply options provided may experience the same issue. This indicates that the problem isn't isolated to a specific configuration or scenario but is a more widespread issue affecting various quick reply functionalities across different bots and flows. Quick replies continue to appear in other conversation flows even when they are not applicable to those specific flows and do not disappear after transitioning to the next flow or conversation.

If anyone is using Android devices and interacting with ManyChat bots that feature quick replies, it's likely you will encounter this problem. Ideally, quick replies should be removed after any interaction to ensure they only appear where they are relevant. Could anyone assist with this issue?
