Found out that instagram quick replies in automations doesn’t seem to work when user is on their desktop using the website, only seems to work on app.
is there any work around for this to make it appear on the website as well?

+6Nope, this is (one of many) known issues with IG on Desktop.
Luckily all IG traffic usually comes from the mobile app.
Just a shame it also doesn't work reliably on mobile.
