It says it is resolved, but after publishing my reel and adding the quick reply button, I have tested in multiple divces that the DM does not in fact contain the quick reply.

 

What am I doing wrong, if this has already been marked as Resolved?

Did you run the tests using the Instagram app or on desktop? These buttons do not appear when using desktop, due to a limitation of Instagram.
