Heads up, I’ve noticed quick reply buttons are not showing up for A LOT of users. Manychat’s status report page does not reflect this, anyone know what’s going on?

That's already known by the support team. It's a Meta bug and it's already been notified.
Chage your Quick replies to Buttons. This workaround will do the job 😉
Use the buttons instead of quick replies.its working well.

Really wish the multiple choice feature was more robust and maybe even condensed into one option with multiple features. There’s currently 3 different “multiple choice” options within Manychat and each has a draw back…. It’s definitely an area where Manychat falls short and that’s too bad.

Totally agree. WhatsApp has an option to tap on a button and choose from a list that appears. It probably doesn't exist for Instagram due to Meta's lack of support. 🫠

It's working around here… but it's important to remember… Manychat (as many other tools) act like a “middleman” between the user (us) and Meta… If Meta changes something or presents any instability, things will stop working or act like it shouldn't. 😅
Sometimes I see problems with Quick Replies, change it to Buttons and vice versa.
I would also love to have a 100% functional and bugless tool, but this almos doesn't exist anymore in our fas pacing update/feature world. 🙃
Yes… this is not the most optimistic answer, but it is how the thing work with most tech platforms nowadays. And poor Manychat stays between its users and Meta… not the most stable situation. 😅
