Hey thanks. if this is a known issue I don’t see it reported on Manychat status page. Is there another place I should look for status updates like this?

They just announced it here: 

@Fabio Gaulke Seems like a shoddy suggestion to use buttons as a bandaid fix, as they do not allow for renagement if the contact does not reply OR chooses to type instead of select an option. 

Really wish the multiple choice feature was more robust and maybe even condensed into one option with multiple features. There’s currently 3 different “multiple choice” options within Manychat and each has a draw back…. It’s definitely an area where Manychat falls short and that’s too bad. 

Totally agree. WhatsApp has an option to tap on a button and choose from a list that appears. It probably doesn't exist for Instagram due to Meta's lack of support. 🫠
