Hi everyone,
I was wondering if anyone else is experiencing problems with the quick reply feature. I have an automated flow that was working just fine. However, since last night it has stopped showing the quick reply buttons, and therefore the flow stops at the first step of the process.

Yes! same same… did my research and found out that i wasn’t the only one. According to chatgpt haha needs like up to 48 hours to work well again. Does anyone know how we can revert this issue to manychat support?

Same Problem. The Quick Reply bottom doesn’t show. I manage to solve it with the automated reply with Keyword but it’s messy. I reported and opened a ticket.

A workaround for now is switching your Quick Replies to Buttons:
