Quick Reply Not Working Even After Refreshing Permissions and Re-Activating Page

Hi everyone,
I’ve been struggling with an issue where Quick Replies are not working at all.

Here’s what I’ve already tried:

  • Refreshed permissions multiple times

  • Removed and re-activated my Facebook/Instagram page several times

  • Double-checked my automations and blocks to make sure there are no empty steps or button conflicts

Despite doing all of this, Quick Replies still do not appear or function.

Has anyone else experienced this recently? Any guidance from the ManyChat team would be greatly appreciated.
