hello, just discovering new ways to integrata ai into almost whatever. 1) The best part what I like in manychat is you can assign the question to a human. (specialist, teh support or whatever). It is really mandatory for business to have a feedback on it. 2) It could be the way better if you maximaze the context capacity to 500,000. Then there is no need to use any other platforms. Maybe it depends on billing i have no idea now. But feel it gonna be really helpful one. 
If it is outdated issue, sorry, but i cant find any info.
