I have deleted all my contacts and im trying to re import them.
Systems show 0 subscribers but after importing it says 406 contacts ignored as if they still exists.
There was no change in the contacts’ details, i just removed some of them.

Try going to Settings > Display > Contacts and toggling the ‘Show only subscribed contacts’ option. Then refresh the ‘Contacts’ page and check if you see your contacts. It’s possible that they’re on the account, but unsubscribed.
