How can I contact Manychat customer service? I've asked to cancel my subscription since December, but I see that I'm still being billed even though I'm no longer using your service. I've been billed for December and January even though I'm not going to use my account.

On the left side menu, go to settings → Billing → Cancel subscription (This only works on the website, not the APP)

This way, Manychat will not charge you in the future.
