I cannot get our Instagram professional account @bodycodi into my Manychat
account, and I've run out of self-service options. Hoping a staff member can
check the server-side record.
What happens
- Connecting @bodycodi first showed: "바디코디 already connected to 바디코디"
- I clicked "Request access" — it shows "Request Sent", but no approval ever
arrived and I cannot identify the owning workspace
- After clearing everything on Meta's side (below), reconnecting now completes
with NO error at all — but no channel appears in my account. It silently
re-attaches to a workspace I cannot access.
What I already checked
- Logged in with Facebook, Google and email — every login shows
"You don't have a channel." (0 accounts)
- Instagram > Apps and Websites (instagram.com/accounts/manage_access/):
Manychat is NOT listed
- Facebook > Business Integrations: I found Manychat and REMOVED it
- Instagram > Message controls > Connected tools: nothing left to revoke
- Searched all our company inboxes for Manychat mail — only signup mail,
no access-request notification
- The Help Center AI assistant refused to escalate to a human agent
Why I think this is server-side
There is no live Meta-side connection left anywhere, yet Manychat still routes
@bodycodi to that workspace. That points to a stale record on Manychat's side
rather than a Meta permission issue.
One more concern
If that workspace is still active, an account I do not control may currently
have messaging access to our business Instagram. I'd appreciate someone
checking that.
What I'm asking for
Please tell me which account holds @bodycodi, or detach it so I can connect it
to ask@bodycodi.com.
