Trying to troubleshoot - I had to change my IG Password this weekend and reconnecting ManyChat has taken me more time than I care to admit. None of my automations are working no matter how much I refresh my persmissions, edit my meta suite, and all the ManyChat instructional videos I’m finding are too old to help (My screen looks completely different than what they’re showing). I tried re-doing my automations, still nothing. ManyChat has no customer service so I’m at a complete loss of what to do next. I’ve been at this for hours.

Try removing your IG account from Manychat (Settings/ Instagram):
Once you do that, wait 5/10 minutes and do the standard connection process: https://help.manychat.com/hc/en-us/articles/14281290924444-How-to-connect-Instagram-to-Manychat

They will be able to investigate it further and help you with that issue.

Nothing will happen to the automations, but the subscribers that only opted in via Instagram will also be removed… 🙃
If you can't lose your current subscribers, get in touch with the support team. Maybe they know some way to do that without losing the subscribers.
