It's been about five months since we've been unable to utilize Ref URLs in ManyChat. The URL successfully directs customers to our DMs, but unfortunately, our flow isn't sending any messages. I've been curious if any of you are experiencing the same issue?
Hey man, how are you? This was an issue when Manychat launched this feature, and apparently it hasn't been resolved. It's a shame, because this function in Messenger works perfectly.
