Hi, I have been having issues with Manychat ever since I opened my account and have never used it. I tried to set up the auto dm for new followers but I keep getting a refresh permissions pop up. I have been through all the steps to refresh these and keep getting the message to say they have been refreshed successfully but when i try to set up the automation, the pop up comes back.
I have chatted with the support bot twice and submitted a ticket that hasn’t been actioned yet.
I seem to have mixed API according to the bot and have worked through all these steps. My personal fb is connected, my business fb is connected as well as my IG account.
Does anyone have any advice or suggestions because it is driving me nuts.
