hi there, 

 

Im wondering about using many chat to push people to a trivia page with Quiz Questions to warm up potential attendees to quiz events. 

 

It would look like this - 

 

Ad is running for a Harry Potter quiz evening event. The ad is pushing people to the ticket purchasing page. Within the Ad is a prompt for people to comment something like ‘comment POTTER10 and we will send you 10 free questions that will be asked on the night to prepare you’

 

the viewer would then comment POTTER10 and a message would then be sent to their inbox with a link to the page with the 10 questions and answers. 

 

Am I able to do this?

 

I want to the AD to go to the ticket purchase page. I DONT want the ad to be solely for the purpose of sending them the link to the questions. 

 

Is this possible?

Regarding your first question, yes, it is possible!

 

Go to the automation tab → new automation

You’ll find some templates in this section, but please pay attention to this:

 

→ This one has “quick automation” and doesn’t work with ads.

 

→ This one has “flow builder” and it works on ads.

 

→ Or the third option, where you can create an automation from scratch

 

Whether you use the second or third option, you have to set your trigger to “User clicks an Instagram ad

 

 

Regarding your second question, you have to choose between sending your audience directly to the checkout page or use Manychat to send the quiz link. If you want to do both, you have to have 2 separate ads.

Hi rodrigo,

 

Thanks for the above. It looks like It isnt something I can do within Many chat. 

 

Our primary focus is to sell tickets, not to send them a link to a page with trivia. 

 

IF we can do both (set up an ad to direct them to the tickets page, as well as tell them that if they comment below a word they will receive another link) then it isnt something we need currently. 

 

Assuming I have understood everything you had said here!
