I am currently using Manychat primarily for a single purpose — to set up a trigger that sends an automated reply when someone messages my Facebook Messenger. At the moment, I am on a Marketing Automation plan that costs $25 USD per month.

Since I am not utilizing any additional features beyond this basic auto-reply function, I would like to ask for your advice on how I can reduce my subscription cost, or if there is a more suitable plan that meets my limited usage.

I would appreciate your guidance on how to proceed so that I am not paying more than necessary for features I do not use.

Thank you very much for your assistance.

Hi, @Lin_Chiva!

Manychat's pricing model charges per number of active contacts you have on your account.

You can check more info about it here: https://manychat.com/pricing
(There's also a “calculator” to simulate costs for a specific number of contacts)

If you don't need to keep these contacts, you can easily delete them every couple of days (or build an automation that does it automatically) and you will remain in a lower subscription fee. 😉

Hope this helps!
