Request to Unlink TikTok Account from Deleted ManyChat Account

Question

Hello ManyChat Support Team,My TikTok account @dr_raed_clinic is currently linked to a ManyChat account that has been deleted, and I no longer have access to that ManyChat workspace.Because of this, I am unable to connect my TikTok account to my new ManyChat account.I kindly request your assistance to manually disconnect / unlink the TikTok account @dr_raed_clinic from the old, deleted ManyChat account so I can reconnect it properly.This is my official business TikTok account, and I am happy to verify ownership or provide any additional information you require (screenshots, email, TikTok ID, etc.).

Hey ​@Raed hasanyou’ll need to open a ticket with support for that.Check this link:https://help.manychat.com/hc/en-us/articles/14281086345244-How-to-get-support-from-ManychatStart the conversation with the AI bot, and then ask to talk to a person an open a ticket.Add as much info as you can.You may also be able to disconnect it from TikTok.Go to Settings > Settings and Privacy > Security and Permissions > Apps and services permissions, click on Manychat, and then ‘Remove Access’.Hope this helps!
