Question

Estou configurando, as mensagens no automatico pra quem digitar QUERO em todos os posts selecionados ele ja configura de uma só vez ate ai OK, mas como que eu faço para configurar as resposta no direct uma vez que cada post tem seu link diferente?

Hi ​@ThaisacheiAmei Same keyword across multiple posts means ManyChat can't tell you which post triggered it — that data isn't passed through natively.Two workarounds:Timestamp inference — save entry date/time to a Custom Field, then cross-reference with when each post went live. Not exact, but works if posts are spaced out.Unique keyword + bridge flow — use a different keyword per post (QUERO1, QUERO2...), and run a quick flow first that saves the source post to a Custom Field before redirecting everyone into your main flow. More setup, but gives you reliable attribution per post.Hope this helps!Catalina R
