I have an automation that transfers user between agent (this is to change fast when user wants to talk). So when any agent send any text the automation is paused. But I want that if the user sent a keyword, the automation restart and the flow start to change another agent to talk.
Im not finding any option to restart automation :(

Hi,
Manychat only has an Action to pause automations.
If you wish to restart it before the paused time (minimum 30min), it has to be done manually by some agent.
I suggest opening an Idea Topic. This could help more users.
