Restore to beginning

As a beginner, I’m realizing as I start to edit my automations, I need to go back and redo some items. I would like to find out how to restore some of the initial flows to their original layout and setup. Meaning as an example, I want to start over from scratch with the “Introduction” flow. Is there a way to reset the flows to that state? I don’t mind losing the updated format I created from that initial layout.

Also, if I can restore them, can I save them as an alternative flow so if I decide I want to start over again for a different theme in my flow, can I save the basic template so I can go back to it later?

Thanks in advance for any help you can provide.

Hi, Dan!

I always duplicate any automation I'm willing to “play” with… and would also suggest that as a good practice.

This keeps us from destroying something that already works fine. 😅

Sadly, once you save/update an automation sometimes and/or update the page, there's no going back.

What you still cand do is import again an external template you used or create a new automation using a template from Manychat's suggestions…

Fabio,

Can I “re-install” the original template from the original builder of the flow? And then, as you say save it as a duplicate with another name?

Thanks,

Dan
