Hi guys,

I have a robowar happening by some reason. Another bot starts the conversation saying, Please identify yourself, this on whatsapp channel. However, it is impossible as I don’t even have broadcast messages enabled.

How can I track the logs of this conversation in a more tech view?

Hi @cavagnaro,  This "robowar" situation —migh be due to fact that you have two automations triggering at the same time in WP. You can try the following:

1. Check Manychat's Inbox first Open the conversation and review the activity log to see which flow, sequence, or action triggered the message.

2. Check Meta Business Suite → Inbox → Automations Make sure no automated responses are enabled there — they can override or conflict with Manychat's welcome message.

3. Check Meta Ads Manager If you're running Facebook/Instagram ads with a WhatsApp click-to-chat objective, verify that no instant reply is configured to send that text.

4. Review Message Reports in Manychat Go to your profile → Message Reports to check if any automation attempted to send a message outside the 24-hour messaging window.

5. Check third-party integrations The phrase "Please identify yourself" is very specific and doesn't look like a default Manychat message. Check if you have any Zapier, Make, or CRM integrations connected to your WhatsApp number that could be triggering that message independently.

6. Check your WABA (WhatsApp Business Account) In Meta Business Suite, verify that only one app is connected to your WhatsApp number. If multiple apps share access to the same WABA, they can trigger each other.

You can also use Flow Analytics (inside each flow) to see exactly how many contacts entered each step and when.

Hope this helps you to indentify what is going on.

Cheers!
