As of 9:10am today my rules stopped triggering. Attached are screenshots of the inbox view, normally on ‘new contact’ a rule fires that subscribes them to a sequence. This has stopped being triggered. Subscribing people to sequences is still working, as it every other bit of ManyChat functionality in my bot.
This is happening on rules for ‘tag applied’ ‘custom field changing’ as well, literally all my rules.
I have followed all troubleshooting… refreshing permissions, creating test rules, checking manychat permissions for the page… everything.
Has anyone experienced this before? Any ways to get things back working?
